CAREER TRANSITION SERVICES
The Hughes Consulting Group has provided outplacement / career transition and career development services to a broad range of clients since 1985. We are an independent organization committed to assisting candidates in their search for meaningful work and careers. Our supportive environment assists clients to achieve timely and successful transitions. The quality and effectiveness of our work is highly regarded in the marketplace.
Services Include:
Organizational / Human Resource Consulting
We assist in the planning, communication and implementation of corporate changes; manager notification training; on-site employee orientation meetings; and work team alignment following a reduction in force.
Individual Outplacement / Career Transition
Programs are custom designed for each candidate. Services include one-on-one consulting and administrative support.
Group Outplacement/Career Transition
Programs are designed to accommodate employee levels, numbers of people, and include follow-up one-on-one consulting.
Career Center Management
We design, set-up and manage on-site or remote job search resource centers for client companies.
